Feedback gevenI ordered a double cheeseburger, but the cashier misheard my order. When I returned to the counter after a few minutes, she admitted to the manager that she couldn't recall what happened earlier. I am certain that I did not order a burger with tomatoes, so there was a mix-up. The manager was very courteous, but the cashier could use some improvement in her communication skills.
The restaurant continually gets my order wrong. It's really frustrating to have to drive all the way back, and you might ask why I don't check before I leave. I do check, but everything looks fine at first glance, so I continue driving. This won't happen again.
I have come home three times now to discover that the extra bacon and cheese I paid for was missing from my burger. This time, there was no bacon at all. This will likely be the last time I visit this restaurant.
My husband and I go here often and this is the best Carls Jr. I also want to note that we went inside for dinner tonight and a young lady named Mandy was excellent. She was so sweet and made us feel welcome. She was so sweet to my son! That kind ofcustomer service deserves to be rewarded!
