The crust on the pizza is delicious it is nice and crispy and the perfect texture. The cheese is nice and melty and the ingredients are perfect. The garlic knots are crispy like the pizza crust cheeses and garlicky it is amazing with marinara and salty. I once got cinnamon rolls and they were amazing! I love their dessert. The brownie is amazing And cake is great! I would rate this 10 stars if I could I always enjoy going here and get super excited Tommy -10 years old

Great pizza great service. First time coming here was recommend by my brother in-law. I recommend the Garlic Knots to start with and to finish it off we try the sweet and salty brownie with a gelato scoop on top DELICIOUS!!!

People in Plainfield should know how lucky they are to have Big Pauly’s Wood Fired Pizza!! I was in town visiting family and I was in charge of bringing the meal for our gathering and I am so thankful I stumbled upon this delicious pizza establishment! I do believe this is the best pizza I have had in my entire life! Everyone at the party was so impressed and wondering why they hadn’t been here yet! (Oh now they will be regulars!! I had such a great time talking with the owners. These people are the real deal. They put their love into making the dough and each and every pizza. I feel honored to have met them and for them to engage with me about my love for pizza and all my favorite foods that I miss in the Chicagoland area! I sure hope you find a way to start shipping you pizza! Or, you know, come out and open a pizzeria in Oregon ?
