Bru Burger - Plainfield

We celebrated a birthday, so I thought it would be nice to take my sister to the first time. I mentioned in my reservations that we are celebrating a birthday. I also mentioned the hostess at our arrival that we celebrated her birthday. no one ever wished her a happy birthday until we were out of the door and the hostess kept us and asked who birthday was it and he wished her a happy birthday. we visit bru burger often and we really love eating. we are loyal cunningham, VIP members, so it would have been nice to confirm their birthday while we were sitting, but overall the service was great. she really enjoyed eating her.

How can a restaurant mess up a rare burger like that? It took them 15 minutes to replace it, and the server acted like it was my fault.

Our server Logan appeared to be new, but he was attentive, patient, and followed up on our questions. Although he brought our checks before dessert, we experienced some timing issues. Overall, we enjoyed his service. The food and ambiance were exactly what we were looking for.

The restaurant offers excellent service and delicious food. The beer prices are reasonable and the appetizers are outstanding.

Excellent server -Logan. Explained anything we wanted to know about the burgers.Friendly and accommodating . I got the snack size burger 4oz, just the right size for me and I ordered the small size Chili bowl and should have gotten large. So delicious with onions , Tillamook cheddar cheese and four cream . Will be back .
