Casa Chapina - Plainfield

First time trying a Shuco. Lot's of sauces on a perfectly toasted hero roll. Clean bathroom, near the train station. 10/10.

Went with a group for dinner. Cute little place with friendly service. Had the tilapia dinner platter and the fish was cooked perfect mosit, well seasoned, and no crispy burnt edges. The rice it's served with was equally delicious. Salad is served with bits of mango which makes it refreshing and light. We'll definitely be back.

Great food, better hospitality. I was instantly touched when the lady at the counter not only recognized that I’d been there a few months prior, she also remembered everything I ordered. Will be coming back to this spot again and again.

A little slice of MesoAmerica. The food is flavorful. The atmosphere is charming with paintings depicting ancient Aztec, Mayan and Guatemalan civilizations. It's calming. Order the Rio Dulce if you're a seafood lover. You won't regret it. It's a mom and pop restaurant so the food is made with love. It's also close to shops and tattoo parlors if you're looking to get back to normal with some downtown shopping and eating.
