Casanova Pizzeria - Plainfield

While other places offer pizza slices for $2.00, this one sells them for $2.50.

I don't want to criticize a beloved establishment too harshly, but my experience wasn't great—perhaps it was just an off day for them. On the bright side, they do serve the coldest soda around!

They do not pay attention when taking your order. I ordered steak and cheese with French fries and never got my fries and there was no cheese on my sandwich. I?m very disappointed because I always order and this is the second time they messed my order up.

I ordered four pizzas for delivery a few days in advance for a time-sensitive kids' party and paid upfront. I called over an hour before the scheduled delivery to confirm everything was on track, and I was told there were no issues. However, when the delivery time came and went, I called the restaurant 10 minutes later only to find out they had no record of my order. I had to send my husband to pick up the pizzas, which caused him to miss the party, and there was no apology from the staff. We were left with cranky, hungry kids and a party venue that was ready to kick us out. This place is a complete mess. I will never order from them again.
