I recently ordered off the app and mistakenly sent my coffee to the wrong the location. Katrina was happy to help me with her excellent customer service. She was very thorough and made my coffee perfectly. The coffee here is brewed just right. Otherstores should take note! Will make this location one of my preferred.
I appreciate the staff who opens early in the morning (I start my work day at 5 and need my coffee around 4:30 am), but the coffee is not great. Several drinks were made incorrectly recently (including a simple cold brew, which is not a fancy drink byany means) and the coffee is watered down. Hit up the nearby 711 for VERY strong rocket fuel with all the flavored cream andsugar you want. Tastes better, is stronger, and you probably won't make your own drink wrong haha
This is the worse Dunkin I?ve ever been to?the morning team is full of so many negative people, I have never seen anything like it. They mess up orders (mobile orders! just rude, I have been there on numerous occasions and they never greet you they act asif it?s a privilege that they are allowing you through the drive thru. I would avoid this location like plague maybe Dunkin willrelease them from their misery. Wish I could give the morning team 0 stars.
The morning girls are, by far, the worst, laziest people to work at this location. One might think that they 'd rather be at home sponging off their rich suburban parents or poor city taxpayers like yours truly? They are undeniably rude (i.e., no thank youand have a nice day from any of them), as well as lazy (bagels should be ready before the store opens at 4 a.m., not 4:30 a.m.,which is when I arrive). I am a store manager at a nearby gas station/convenience store, and I am expected to greet andappreciate my customers, regardless of their personal behavior. Obviously, the store manager--and these girls ' parents--failedto teach them proper etiquette toward fellow humans. And sometimes, I noticed them playing with their phones, before thedrive-thru windows were covered with advertising film for the DD App. Since the film now obscures anything inside that store, itwould not surprise me if they were scratching their behinds or picking their noses while preparing my food. Oh, and they neverturn the store lights on, either. Way to keep your regular customer base, ladies! And I always spend more than $10 per visitfive days a week (two coffees and a bagel with creamed cheese). Because of them, I will take my hard-earned dollars elsewhere.Thank you very much and have a nice day.
