If a sandwich costs $13, it should at least be decent. Getting half a piece of ham for $13 is a big disappointment. If I didn't work next door, I would never come back.

In April 2022, we tried the Wreck sandwich with all the add-ons, as well as the Garden soup. Both dishes were delicious.

The sandwich is simple, it's not difficult. Why do you mess up my order every time? I just wanted a ham and cheese sandwich for my son, who loves them. And when I have to go back through the drive-thru to get it fixed, somehow I'm the bad guy? It's just a sandwich, it shouldn't be that complicated. The Potter in Naperville is great. Their sandwiches are delicious.

I emailed your Customer Service regarding horrible food and absolutely rude service today.UPDATE 12/07/21: No email response received from Potbelly. Still no refund on my credit card that they said they processed, so I had to put in a dispute of amount for my rotten/moldy salad that I was not able to eat/had to throw away.

I had a sandwich, some chips, and a milkshake. The sandwich was great, it’s called A Wreck, and it was just a delightful mess of meats, and cheese. The chips were a little tasteless, but with the milkshake I hardly cared. It was a good experience, the staff was delightful, and my food was ready faster than I expected.
