Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I was disappointed because they didn't have many flavors like chocolate and vanilla. I ended up settling for the vanilla cheesecake. Maybe I'll try the soft serve next time.

I've been going to Rita's for years and it used to be quite good. However, in the past two years, the quality has been inconsistent and the portion sizes are now about half of what they used to be. While prices have increased like everything else, a large custard cup is now only filled halfway, leaving a lot of empty space. It seems like they think no one notices or cares about this change. In my opinion, it's no longer a good value.

The staff here is friendly and patient, making for a pleasant dining experience. The quality of the food is consistently excellent.

I’m over them not having sugar free flavors ever at this location! it’s inconsistent and unfair to those who are diabetic but want to enjoy this seasonal treat.

Me and my friend tried to go get ice cream tonight. Their were blinds covering the windows and they appeared closed even though it was 9:30 and they close at 10:00 (according to Google). We were outside waiting for 20 minutes and eventually we had to knock on the window to try to get service, only to be met by a person from inside yelling “we’re closed.” I usually love Rita’s but this is a negative experience that I’ll never forget.
