Ichiban Sushi - Plainsboro

This is a fantastic sushi restaurant! The staff is very attentive, and the wait times to be seated and receive food are impressively quick. I highly recommend giving it a try if you enjoy sushi—you might just want to make it a regular spot!

Dining here is always a delightful experience. The service is quick, and the food is absolutely delicious! The all-you-can-eat menu is a great option if you're with at least three people or a friend who can keep up! The sushi and fish are consistently fresh!

I wish I could give zero stars. This is my third time at this restaurant, and I still can’t eat the rice. I only get to indulge in sushi once a month because of my job's demands. I ordered 30 slices of sashimi, but they only brought half of that. I placed another order, and it took them 45 minutes to bring out even less than before! When I asked if they could fulfill my order, they just said they didn't have enough and walked away. This is definitely not an all-you-can-eat experience. 0 stars.

Sashimi and Sushi were fresh. The cooked food was also good. Word of advice .. order more sashimi than sushi or you get full really fast. You can't eat sachimi and sushi!

The worst service ever. We got our own menus, wrote out the order on a slip of paper to give to the server, no chopsticks or utensils were given. We had to ask several time while the food was served. Empty soy sauce bottles on the table. And.. I ordered a dessert early because it was my son's birthday. I reminded them twice, and still she couldn't get it right. Extremely disappointing. Food was fair
