Lola's Bistro Grill - Plainville

We started with the Banging Shrimp as an appetizer, and let me tell you, it truly lived up to its name! My friend ordered the black swordfish, which I sampled and found to be delicious. I had the chicken marsala, which was mouth-watering, and both of our meals were served hot. I would give this bistro a solid 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal, not to mention generous portion sizes. Great job to the entire staff!

We went for lunch after my father's funeral. The food and service were excellent. The room can accommodate up to 100 people, and they ask for an estimate of the number of guests. We estimated around 40 and were charged for 50. In the end, there were nearly 40 people in attendance.

I always have an incredible experience at this restaurant. It was a bit busy tonight and the kitchen was hectic, which made our waitress a little flustered, but the food consistently meets high standards. I ordered the chicken alvina, and it was fantastic. Everyone at my table was pleased with their meals.

The food was excellent, and also large portions. I had salmon potatoes and vegetables. It brings your own alcohol, so if you're not familiar with the place. The place was clean, the waitress was sharp and efficient. I definitely go back.

Food was good. Service was great. We enjoyed it. BUT you need to bring your own beer. That's right BYOB.
