I love Taco Bell, but lately this restaurant implemented a new policy, which is a dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my life. They literally make you go inside for all mobile orders. Even though in the app you hit drive-through, they still make you go inside to pick up your food. If you’re using the app, don’t waste your time at this location.
This place is consistently the WORST Taco Bell in the area. From ugly sloppy diaper burritos to abysmally slow service, they do everything to bring down the customer experience.You can literally get wait listed at J. Tim's on a Friday night and still get home after a full meal, we'll before you'd ever see drive through service if there's more than 1 car ahead of you.Just go home or drive the extra 10 mins. to Southington.
I’m just curious on why I have to use a kious( how ever you spell it and I don’t work there nor get any discounts to put in my order over this device thing. drive thru doesn’t have to do this. I walk in so I can have my order taken by person just to get told I have to do a kious thing so in order to get my order taken I have to go thru drive thru. Help it make sense? Don’t your employees get paid for CUSTOMER service not to put my order through the same way. Customer interaction is important too not just speedy service that why I stay going to New Britain
We got sick the last time we went there, not to mention all the other people that have told me to stay away from this location. Go to southington or new britain or any other taco bell
