Taco Bell - Plainville

The food was tasty, and the service staff was polite and efficient. Even though they were short-staffed and dealing with a busy drive-through, they acknowledged our wait in line. You tend to overlook the waiting time when you see that they are doing their best under challenging circumstances. They definitely deserve credit for managing a difficult situation. The customers were also commendable.

The kids and I really enjoy the tacos and burritos, while the authentic Hispanic woman prefers the fish. The staff are hardworking, and the tables are clean. I'm very pleased with this place.

Inside was closed, so the drive had to thru and eat in the car. That was okay. The person who took the order was great. She was patient and got the order right. But, PLEASE, install a larger text order board on the drive through and closer to the cars. It's far back and tiny writing. Hard to read. Get a better sign!

Great staff that offers a great service, made meals fresh and definitely worth waiting because they can sometimes get a little busy during lunchtime.

Love the Crunchy Doritos Nacho Tacos, must try. Spice lovers try the Spicy Tostada and Mexican Pizza.
