Feedback gevenThe restaurant was moderately busy, but not too crowded. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed more interested in socializing with her friends than taking care of our order. After I had already paid for my pizza, she forgot to bring it out on time. When I informed her that it was burned, she did not apologize or offer a refund. When I asked for my money back, she seemed unwilling to comply, resulting in me losing $20. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disrespectful. Our waitress promised the pizza would be ready in 2 minutes, but it took 10 minutes after I reminded her to retrieve it. The kitchen staff also seemed incompetent and unable to manage their time effectively. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Avoid this place if you want a good dining experience. Furthermore, the waitress handled the burned pizza with her bare hands, making the situation even more unsanitary. Save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere. Here is a picture of the burned pizza I received. The overall experience was disappointing.
I have visited this restaurant a few times before. During my last visit, I sat at the bar and ordered a drink. The drink was good, so I decided to order another one. However, I was shocked to see a woman at the bar reach over, grab the ice bucket, put some ice into her cup, and then throw it back into the ice bucket. After witnessing this, I paid my bill and left. I was very disappointed by what I saw and have no plans of returning to this restaurant.
I have ordered several times from here I've always shown respect tipped for all my orders when most people choose not to I made an order received my food and it was burnt I called talked to manager and he said he pulled it out himself and it wasn't burnt and HUNG UP ON ME SAYING COME IN OR WE DONT DO ANYTHING WITH PICTURES NO REFUNDS NOTHING AND HUNG UP ON ME IT WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL SO I DROVE OUT OF MY WAY BROUGHT THE BURNT TO A CRISP FOOD THE MANAGER WAS RUDE HE WAS SPEACHLESS WHEN HE SAW THE FOOD ALL HE OFFERED WAS REFUND THAT DOES NOT AMOUNT TO THE HUMILIATION AND UNPROFESSIONAL posting how their food normally looks compared to how I received it absolutely ridiculous
Chicken Bacon Ranch sub with no ranch. Buffalo chicken sub with no buffalo sauce. Order left outside on doorstep in freezing temperatures with no knock on door. Even if it were hot and had the sauces that are in the name of the subs it still would have been mediocre at best.
We order from here often because my son likes their food. I don't. His meals are always fine. Mine are not. Usually have one or so minor mistakes. I usually don't say anything because they are minor. This time though, they were not. They for part of our order. I called and they said they would send it as soon as possible. I had to call back because I discovered something else missing. Neither time did they offer to make it right in any way other than delivering the missing items. It was almost an hour before I received the items. I ordered the taco salad and it was so dry. The meat looked a day old. One of the items they forgot was my sour cream so I couldn't even eat my salad until I got that. I'm not ordering from there again. On the plus side, their appetizers are always good.
