Buffalo Wild Wings - Plano

The flavor of the wings was enjoyable, but the portion size was small. The flat wings were a standard size, but about half of the drumsticks had too much breading on them. The fries were also good. Overall, the food seemed to be fried in oil that had seen better days.

The management at this restaurant is terrible. The food is decent, but I can't excuse cold meals being served due to new servers. The takeout service is also subpar, as I frequently order from here and often have issues with missing items or incorrect orders. The staff at the cash register are always helpful in resolving these issues and alerting management. I appreciate the efforts of Monterae, Harley, and Lively in ensuring my orders are correct and enjoyable.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. My waitress, Daylah, was excellent! She was very patient with my children and incredibly kind. I would definitely choose to dine here again, even if it is only 10 minutes away from my house.

Had the worst food poisoning of my life from the streets tacos. they were delicious at the time, but I don't know if their sauce put them up or one of the ingredients. I got sick seven times and went almost to the hospital.

The wings are mediocre and the fries are good. However, the time I went, my fries were stale and cold and my wings were not fresh. They gave me a little box with my fries in it but there were little to no fries in it (the box costs more than the fries). I had two separate combos and they did not do a good job at sorting them out. I gave an extra tip hoping for good quality food and service but that did not happen this time….Also, why are the wing prices jacked up on what supposed to be a discount on Tuesday? Wings cost way more on Tuesday than any other day of the week.
