Chick-fil-a - Plano

Terrible experience at this point and it took months for the owner Mr Josh Dint to come back to me and when he did, he didn't even make things right. I'm very disappointed and I'll never come back here again and I'll tell my friends I'll stay away.

The first time in this place when my child had a doctor's appointment nearby. I had eaten my toddler in my lap and an employee asked me if I needed a high chair and a table set. Later, another who offered their breakfast on break to get me a high chair. The dining room and the playground were both clean, and the service was fast. All employees were so kind and ready to help that I wish I was closer to making this my CFA.

Smooth and reliable. Now in new bigger scales more efficient location. Corporate Policy is bad, but food is good. Still saddened her short-sighted decision to bury Cole Slav. Food: 4/5

I ordered three meals. Our nuggets were nothing but crumbs and my sandwich was not finished with a bun. Then they did it and it was cold. I was never disappointed by Chick-fil-A. You got me on Saturday. Unacceptable. The Lord is not satisfied! Food: 1/5

HORRIBLE, staff is very rude so no absolute reason. I was given 1 sauce for a 12 count nugget meal and when i asked for more sauce i was only given one , when i asked for another i was told with a disgusting attitude that they’ll have to charge me extra money for more sauce. NEVER IN MY LIFE have i been told that at any other chick-fil-a location i've ever been to. VERY disappointing. DO BETTER.
