Feedback gevenSo despised. yesterday by the drive thru, who came through about 30 minutes to get through, just for me to get the wrong order. I ordered a spicy Chickenfila sand that was with pepperjack cheese that the sand in which it was in said, but a regular chicksand that was in it. that's not what I wanted. I've never had a problem with this creepy. You don't think I'm coming back.
Usually everything is great. today I went through the drive and came home. I opened my food, and it was straight dirt in my packaging. I don't know if something fell into him or if something was to eat and was still put on it. but there was enough dirt for me to notice and taste it visible. I tried to call twice and was hanged every time.
I'm here so many times now and they have it together. the few (and I mean, I go twice here if no longer the week for over 2 years and I can on my hand the number of errors they have made) times I had a job messed up, they are so friendly and helpful! the workers are fantastic and make my day! many thanks!
I'll go to breakfast every morning. I command the same bacon egg tocuit combo with a large dietary coke, and it is in the regular good. I command it from the app so there is less room for mistakes, but today I have a biscuit (cold) with cheese and speck no ice, and cold hash brown. I sent a complaint to the please that my order is replaced and hot and delivered to me. Since then, I've been working and can't take care of it myself.
I love chick fil a. This specific CFA is managed very well and the staff is extremely helpful, nice, and quick. Every time I come here my day is so much better. There is just something different about these people. I look forward to coming back here again.
