They are found in a handful of shopping malls around Kowloon including this spot at Silvercord on Canton Road. Eateries are open from late morning until around 9pm. Just like a normal shopping mall food court, have a look around, order at the respective eateries, collect your food when ready, find a table and eat up!
Not bad. I got the snow cabbage pork noodle soup and I quite enjoyed it. Tasted like home. The owner was nice and recommended it to me. Definitely will come back for more.
Just very surprised at how much expensive this place has become. Ordered a bowl of braised pork chop over boiled cabbage and rice plus one brown egg. Tasted exactly like home madeA small plate of tofu stuffed with little pork. The picture was appealing but when it came, it was on a small plate. Tasted not that good. There was no price listed for this dish. Only picture with big pieces of tofu. But the real thing? Small cubes of tofu. I didn't put tip because it is in a food court. Total $27. Which make me think it was $15 for the pork chop rice and $11 for a small plate of tofu that didn't taste good. For reference I looked at a menu another Yelpers posted 10 months ago it says pork chop rice was only $10. I know there's inflation but 50% ? No way I posted pic below but don't be fooled by the angle. Tofu was closer to me and pork chop rice farther away. It was a small plate of tofu. Kid you not
Nobody is in the store again. 4 out of 5 times I visited this place at around 5:30 it's closed, at least an hour before the time it should be closed. The owner was dishonest and told us they never leave early and were just inside when I asked them why they weren't opened during claimed business hours. Yeah it sure looks like there is someone inside.
Authentic noodle and stir-fried rice cake(niangao). The dishes come with drink. I do like it!
