Dallas Kabob House - Plano

Butter huh costs $16 and doesn't even come with rice. it's almost finished being curry sauce with barely chickens.

We had the chicken shinwari karahi and beef chapli kebabs. both were delicious! we loved the fact that the kebabs not only tasted like burgerpatties. they actually tasted like authentic chapli kebab. the freshly baked naans were a cherry top. highly recommended!

Food was great. Customer service was okay for the first time. I think they need to have few more waiters to take order during their busy days. It will be more improvement. Otherwise great place to eat. Dal fried was good. Tasted like home cook and mixed grill kebab was good too .

Had never eaten here, looked really good on website. I arrive at 859pm. They have posted closed at 10pm on door. I walk in, she tells me they are closed, I ask, what time do you all close? She responds, right now Oh, place was filled with customers. Sad

The food was average, however there are few factors I will not visit again nor recommend this place. First, customer service is rude, as if they are frustrated. Second, bathrooms are smelly and not hygienic. Third they add gratuity without informing which is kind of like taking without asking.
