Dishes are served family style! the waiting staff was very professional and very friendly! they have fresh boiled ducks hanging, so they can buy it or share it if they want! prices are quite reasonable for what they get!
Always so delicious. only cash. I never have to wait for my order, but I always call ahead. my favorite Chinese food spot (each location)
Authentic Chinese food. the supper selection is super. has been here for years. Don't forget, just cash.
I love this place. first Chinese is my favorite Chinese food place in the city. her monetary policy is super annoying and will probably never change and yet still I am happy to give them five stars. if you haven't been here, do it. get the beef flat noodle. there's another one in richardson.
I always hear good reviews about First Chinese BBQ and decided to give it a try. First thing you noticed is they only take cash, so make sure you have enough to cover your meal! If you?re dining in, then make sure to let the workers know. It was confusing because we were planning to dine-in, but the cashier was at the end row where you come in so I thought we were supposed to order first. We got a combo 301 and 308, and I guess they assumed that we wanted take-outs. The lady was speaking Chinese to my boyfriend but I didn?t understand her, and when I was walking to sit, they yelled and moved me. It took me a couple seconds to understand that it was the take-out waiting area, but I did feel a little uncomfortable. The food only took 5 mins to prepare, since they already have the meats ready and in display. I asked if we can dine-in, and they looked annoyed then proceed to open a menu pointing at the price difference. Apparently, it costs $5 extra if you want to dine-in, so I guess we dodged a bullet there. Food was okay, it didn?t taste like anything amazing. I got char siu, chicken and roast duck combo. It came with so much rice, but meats were limited. The char siu was pretty plain, I like the one I get at 99 Ranch food court much more. The chicken wasn?t good, but their roast duck was nice juicy. My stomach started hurting a couple hours after so I threw the rest of my food away. I have a pretty strong stomach, but for some reason, it didn?t agree with the meats here. Overall, I wouldn?t give this location another chance. The food wasn?t good, and service was bad. I did not like how I was treated and the attitudes these workers gave me when I had questions because it was my first time. I?ll try the Garland location next time, maybe that was the one people hype about.
