Service was good but the pizza tasted like it came from the school cafeteria.

I ordered a delivery piza and 2 hours and 10 minutes later a guy showed up with a frozen

Been ordering with them since this location opened, and I've been a Marcos customer for years before that. This location is as inconsistent as can be. The salads are as likely to brown as green, and if you order extra cheese, you run a good chance of getting light cheese.The latter happened recently. I completed their feedback form emailed to me. I got a response from Zack offering to replace my pizza. Now, I'd ordered a pepperoni magnificent on a $9.99 coupon. The credit was not on my app, so we had to call it in. We added a small salad, and ended being charged $16 and change. This happened because whoever took the order charged me for a full price to replace a pizza ordered on special and my credit was in dollars, not product.I completed another feedback email, expressing the frustration. Same guy responded and offered to fix it again. When I called back to order, no credit on my account. The food's okay, but I cannot deal with their drama

DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT order from Ellerbe road!!! They will lie and lie and lie then THREE FREAKING HOURS LATER tell you that the driver worked too many hours and can’t deliver to you

We have loved Marco's Pizza across the country. I don't know if it is just this location, but the pizza did not seem to be able to remember. Service was great though. The gentleman that took our order was friendly and seemed like he wanted to be there.
