Jin Korean Bbq Plano

I have not been to Jin (or Bon KBBQ) for food in a long time. We arrived at 4:30pm on Saturday and were seated immediately.

Finding this restaurant might be a bit difficult because the sign outside the Jin Korean Plaza features a red and blue Korean logo. However, the restaurant is actually called Bon once you spot it.

This restaurant is extremely busy, with one common complaint being the long wait times and loud beeping devices. We were given a buzzer and informed that our wait would be approximately 40 minutes. We chose to wait in our car during this time.

We visited this restaurant a few years ago when it was called Jin, and this was our first visit since then. We decided to come for lunch and chose the all-you-can-eat option for $19.99 per person. The variety of meats and side dishes for this price was impressive. We ordered LA Galbi, Nubiani, and Chadolbagi from the menu, and also sampled other meats and side dishes from the buffet, all of which were delicious. They also served seaweed soup and beef daikon radish soup, both of which were tasty. The dessert drink was too sweet for our liking, but we were pleased to find ice cream as an option, which provided a refreshing change of taste. Overall, we felt that the $20 was well worth it and would definitely return in the future.

Wonderful establishment! It reminds me of a place I frequented in South Korea. Great food, great service, and I will be returning.
