Jollibee - Plano

I've had it countless times, and my favorite in the U.S. is fried chicken – it's so tender and juicy! The gravy is absolutely amazing! I could eat it a thousand more times.

The yum burger was good. The weird spaghetti was delicious. The Adobe rice was okay. The mashed potatoes were typical fast food. The gravy was bomb though. The chicken was amazing and the spicy chicken did not disappoint.

It is good food!!! However, they forgot about our food. It was on the queue, but they forgot to give it to us for approx. 20 minutes. We walked up and asked for it after several teams after us got their foods. We only ordered two buckets. Before others question, they had a ton of chickens ready and were just waiting for fries for orders that had them.When I asked for an update, she made it seem like they lost the order. That is when another employee (a runner) said it has been ready the whole time.I understand they are busy. But after the initial 5 groups that came inside with us, they only had three more teams within the 20 minute span. Some workers (the order front employee) were really good, and non-fries orders went out within minutes. I just felt that the service was very different between a few folks... Maybe more training could help...?? So it is more consistent service throughout the front employees.

A decent chicken joint that came from far far away .. I tried their chicken sandwich, and their fries ..interestingly, their so called crispy fries are nothing but normal fries. Drive thru is sort of slow for a 3pm order.

Just like the one's back home, fantastic service and food quality.But do be ready to spend some to enjoy the nostalgia. For the price of a plate of brisket, you can have a 2 pc burger steak, a chickenjoy, 2 side of rice, and a Pineapple fresca.No, this is not the Jollibee like back in Sta Lucia East Grand Mall.The food was as good as memory serves, the staff was phenomenal, but I do recommend they do a market analysis against their direct competitors in regards to pricing.Parking: Shares a parking lot with Calloway NursingKid-friendliness: Nothinng dangerous on the premises.Wheelchair accessibility: It's got a ramp.
