The aged beef they have are glorious, I got a cullote steak medium rare side by espectacular onion rings and salty french fries on salsa verde frita. Excelent combination for a quit lunch I did, but there is a long menu with fantastic aged treasures. Please take a Banana cake as desert, the best I ever had.
Came in early for dinner it was empty. It was like we had the whole restaurant to ourselves.Service is great and the steaks were amazing. I truly enjoyed my ribeye. I will be coming back.Parking: They have free Valet
Great service, waiter comes frequently to check how is everything, know the menu in detail. Ask anything and you will have an answer. This restaurant is a la carte , so, anything is included, you have to pay for everything you order. If you want to go there, take a bag of 100 bills to pay your ticket. From 10 onzes to 26. From 25.00 toooo over 100.00 per stake. Wet or dry? That is their way to prepares the meet. No kidding. Has an inside bar where you can order cocktails or any other liquor of preference. Restaurant is not visible from street, park your car then walk inside, it is facing south bound of Dallas Tollway. Nice place. I can say different compared with other stake house restaurants. In the afternoon try to get a table close to windows, not well iluminated, just small table lamp, ceiling light dimmed. Good experience.Parking: Parking mallWheelchair accessibility: Has a rottary door but has a regular door beside.
Every month me and two girlfriends find a unique restaurant that promises great food, good wine and atmosphere. Knife boasts delicious food, decent service and the atmosphere was...just ok. We dined on a Thursday and quite frankly provided all the atmosphere with our fun-loving vibe...per usual. My friends had steak while I opt for the branzino (broiled, whole). Our food was good but due to the average service and atmosphere not sure I'll return any time soon.
We came expecting a unique flavor experience at Chef Tesar’s KNIFE and we walked away satisfied. The best of the night was the Yellowfin. That’s one of those flavor combination discoveries that works in so many ways. It’s a can’t miss. The Cream of Jalapeño soup was refined, deep, rustic, homey, complex, and delightfully inviting. Another can’t miss dish. I didn’t know what to expect from dry aged beef. Now that I do; I can appreciate it for what it is. The meat from 44 farms is premier so you start with an excellent product. The dry age treatment concentrates the beef flavor and sacrifices moisture by design. I know now that I prefer the juice to the concentrated flavor. The 90 day 22 oz bone in New York strip was our choice for the evening. Cheese board, great. Tea Rose and a tasty smoked Spanish cheese were both fun to taste. Lobster and corn risotto, great. Wedge salad, really good but maybe too bleu for my taste. Chocolate and Coffee dessert, amazing. Service was relaxed, well informed, helpful, efficient, and kind. They elevated our meal.
