La Chine Chinese Cuisine - Plano

The restaurant has been closed the last two times we tried to visit. We are concerned and not sure what else to say. Google now indicates it is temporarily closed, but we are unsure of the current status.

We were eager to enjoy our meal, but found that the food lacked flavor in all of the entrees we ordered. However, the portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The dishes were served steaming hot, indicating their freshness. Our server was friendly and attentive, checking on us regularly. We visited on a Tuesday specifically for sushi, but unfortunately the sushi chef was unavailable, which was disappointing. Despite the letdown, we enjoyed the appetizers - we ordered two types of egg rolls, one vegetarian and one chicken. My boyfriend preferred the veggie rolls while I enjoyed the chicken rolls. Although the entrees fell short of our expectations, we are willing to return to give the sushi a try and appreciate the excellent service we received.

I ordered the stir-fried beef and string beans, but I was disappointed with the small amount of beef in the dish. The others in my party ordered chicken dishes, but unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked. Overall, we were not impressed and do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Absolutely love this place!My wife and I have been coming here for a few years now and thoroughly enjoy the food and the staff. We actually didn't come for a month and they recognized our absence, that feels good. GiGi is the best server!The sushi chef is amazing and always gives great recommendations and tasting of new items.A must try for good sushi and Chinese cuisine!!!!

First time here. Ordered a variety of dishes and all were very good. Very flavorful with good portion sizes. Staff was friendly and helpful and place was clean. Was very satisifed.
