Lily's Cafe - Plano

Incredible restaurant! The atmosphere is wonderful and the people are even better! The food was fantastic!

I was attended to by Lilly herself. She was extremely pleasant, highly suggestive, and very professional.

The Avocado and Swiss Cheese Omelette resembled more of a folded cheese crepe topped with slices of avocado. The hash browns were decent. On the other hand, the Spinach and Cheese Omelette was fluffier, likely due to the ample filling of spinach. The cheese slices on top felt more like a garnish than a key ingredient in the omelette. Toast needed to be ordered separately. The coffee was served at a temperature that encouraged immediate consumption, and there were plenty of refills available. Overall, it's a clean and pleasant establishment.

Always have the chilaquiles for breakfast, sometimes the tescales, if we’re particularly hungry. This morning tried the beef soup and it was AMAZING.

A fantastic family owned restaurant. Their campesino omelet, chilaquiles, and migas are my favorite for breakfast. Ask for the Guatemalan tortillas thicker and better. They remind me of Honduras. The warm hospitality is incredible as well.
