Little Caesars Pizza - Plano

Terrible customer service. 13 year old kid at the Register looks at me with a blank look on his face after charging me for crazy bread and then telling me they don?t have any?. After he can?t figure out how to give a refund I?m told by another blank face I?ll make some, after blank face one tells me they are completely out. Ok I?ll wait 20 minutes? back to blank face who says he is going to give me a pizza from the warmer. I asked him if he can make one fresh since I have to wait to which he responds, ? we still have to serve other customers.? Wow!!! Worst customer service ever!

I got a hot and ready pepperoni pizza around noon, it took the staff a minute or so to box it, and it's exactly as I ordered. A pepperoni pizza costing about $7.

Wow, is there a zero star rating? This store has permanently lost my business. Damn near chipped my tooth on the over cooked and stale breadstick. I cannot believe this store does not have a quality assurance process before food is provided. Very nervous about how they handle the pizza here. Drive to the next LC, it will likely be well worth it the extra 10 min.

Please be aware of stale and burned Hot and Ready pizza they sale to you in this location. Check your pizza before leaving the store.

The prices are low, but unfortunately, the taste reflects that. I'd rather eat Walmart's frozen pizza. I can suggest this place to anyone who is really craving pizza, but if you love Hawaiian pizza, you'll definitely want more pineapple! On a positive note, the packaging is nice.
