I had an amazing dinner delivered right to my door! The only downside was that my beef was a bit dry and lacked flavor compared to the beef tendon my wife had. However, the many positives completely outweighed this minor issue, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars—a rating I rarely assign. The clear broth was possibly the most flavorful I've had in quite a while. The addition of a tray to separate the cilantro was a fantastic touch. The Yunnan-style rice noodles were perfectly al dente, ready to be mixed with the sauce or enjoyed in the soup. The mixing sauce was just right—not too vinegary or spicy, but very aromatic with a nice kick from the Sichuan peppercorns that left a pleasant numbing sensation on the tongue. Overall, it was a surprisingly delightful meal and an authentic Yunnan cuisine experience that's hard to come by! P.S. While the bowls were on the pricier side (it's possible to get a decent ramen for around $11), should we expect higher quality noodles in a higher price range now, or are there still good options available for under $10?

Authentic Chinese beef noodle soup. They offer a wide selection of soups and various cuts of meat for each dish, along with the option to choose between two types of noodles: Mifen, which is similar to rice vermicelli, and a traditional noodle that resembles ramen.

Dallas's noodle gem! As someone from the region where this type of noodle originated, I can say it truly brings back fond memories. The restaurant is clean, and the ingredients are top-notch. There aren't many noodle shops in the Dallas area that can match this quality.

One of my favorite place to eat in the area! However, today?s visit was particularly special. We came here by my request for mother?s day lunch, and they surprised us with these cute mother?s day yogurt cups ???? (on the house). Super happy with the food and the yogurts (must have)! And with their services too ??

Guizhou style Chinese food. My first time there and I was very pleased. Menu is in Chinese and English, the staff is great at explaining things. Both noodles in soup and dry noodles and sides you can add. I had the beef noodles, with a rich variety of ingredients for a great taste. A bit spicy but not overpowering. Also try their hibiscus or winter melon tea. Both are sweet.
