MIO by Amore Vinoteca and Italian Kitchen

Two. back to the restaurant and this experience was by far the worst I have ever experienced. after reservations of 6pm we did not go to 8pm due to the lack of attention or server provided. we were a party of 4 with 3 glasses wein. 2 glasses came back with dirty glass floating elements (not cork) inside. we had to tell him we were ready to order twice. the food came 30 minutes later (which is good by several big parties before us.) we ended our meal times that were quite good, but had to ask him twice for togo boxes, with one of these times I was forced to get up because he went back and forth and spoke with the staff for 5-10 minutes. now it is time for our review, we had 3 glasses wein, 2 apps, 4 entrees, which led to a review more than calculated price. come to find out server, zeynep had added happiness. no, where on the website, menu or front door to be added gratity on specific party sizes or specific days. when we were confronted when we were locked out, he said that he chose it himself to put our jack and talk to manager if we don't object that he went for the night owner dennis was not available, but will get a call tomorrow!

Excellent place, great eating and eating, would be definitiw back

No one had the same escape, but all were watery and without taste. we were in this restaurant in the past when it was a sister restaurant to amore on the coit road. it obviously changed the hands. we will never return, and I am embarrassed to have recommended it.

Short employees when we arrived, so the reservation was at best average. also the ac fought something. but eating was excellent, and the prices are good lunches for an evening meal! still love the facility, and beautiful and quiet for a business meeting.

This restaurant was ok. The experience might have been tainted by the fact that the A/C wasn't working properly on a 103° day. There was a large fan going, but that wasn't enough. Some dishes were really good, others not so much. Not exactly what we had envisioned.
