Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Plano

Really good Tex Mex with extremely fast service. The dining room has some charming decor. I would recommend it as a very nice upgrade over any of the fast food restaurants.

I was taken here for breakfast and it was real good. I had the Huevos Rancheros, but the eggs are not over easy, but scrambled and it was still good, along with the potatoes and refried beans. The flour Tortillas were so good and made fresh. TheAtmosphere was so nice and clean. I will go back.

I always love ?Chicken Enchilada plate? from Rosa?s cafe. Quantity and Taste is extraordinary. We also tried Taco plate. Its yummy too.

Absolutely delicious and amazing. super fast service that also has very high quality.
