Subway - Plano

I dont have pictures because I didn't purchase for myself. But the staff was really nice and the sandwiches looked great as they fixed them. Ingredients looked fresh

Came here and felt automatically welcomed. Greeted by Janelle, who was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. I saw how she interacted with other guests as well and she delivered the same service, treating everyone so kindly. After finishing up with our order, she went straight back to maintaining the work and cleaning up after other guests had left. I don’t usually leave reviews so much, but she deserves praise for her demeanor and work ethic that was clearly displayed. Janelle was absolutely superb and she is someone that makes me want to come back to establishments because of this. Keep up the great work Janelle, and give her a raise ! Thank you again :

The customer service was 5 out of 5 stars! Never have had a better experience at a restaurant. I am very confident and pleased to leave a positive review. The food was good and the employee who made my sandwich, Nacha S. , was responsible for the amazing customer service I commented about previously.

Had a great experience at this underground location. Izai was very attentive to customer service and made us feel very comfortable and he did the same with all the other guests who came.
