Sugar Ray's Bake Shop - Plano

Overall, very unprofessional! dinge as closed without mentioning on their website. my journey is from addison to plano via the toll road. what I am most amusing is when I have addressed my dissatisfaction that I received with a short comment and talk out. I never got a real excuse or even a free cupcake. If they imagine losing the customer, they could have kept for a tiny gesture of customer service and demut.

Omg! I don't even like cupcakes, but this place is great. the cake content is moist and the frosting is also great (sweet and fluffy).

After an easy (and delicious) cake tasting experience, my fiancée and I were surprised by the lack of response to multiple online form submissions and direct emails to proceed with ordering our wedding cake. Perhaps this is a technical issue, but it feels like our business isn’t wanted.

I do not do a ton of reviews but I wanted to make sure to give this bakery props. The cupcakes were delicious. I think they were the best we have ever had. We had several different flavors and they were all amazing. Will definitely be using this bakery again. I wish i would have gotten a pic but we ate them too quickly.

A little pricey but it’s so worth it. Finally found the best cupcake place in town
