I ordered online to pick up selected drive thru pick up I go through drive thru and said I have an order for pick up for Kevin the guy is like pull up oh wait pick up you have to come inside I said well I had an option and doesn't say anything I go in and the team leader Jesse I assume was the one in drive thru and goes to take someone's order in the lobby and was hella rude to them then asked what were the order names for mine and this other lady we tell her then at like 10 the locked the doors and this family tried to come in and the customer who ordered opened the door for them and the team leader was like uh uh nope lobby is closed and he had an online order and got it right away then asked us what our names were again and we tell him and he's like idk what to tell you y'all's order was picked up or something it's not in the system I can't help you and I was like well is this the address and he says yes and says nope I can't help you it's not here not in our system and I asked if I changed from drive thru pickup to lobby if it'll do anything and he's like nope can't help you. So I had ti go online cancel the order and now have to wait a week to get my money back.
