Big burger and side! the whole table loved their selection of food and drinks.

Eating was very good. service was average. but they do not take my favorite voucher discover as I learned when I tried to pay the bill. in addition, we have made over opentable reservations and arrived on time. the next morning I got an email from opentable that we did not honor our reservation, which was irresistibly a mistake on the restaurant. I think I've paved it, but we thought this was a lack of conscientiousness on the part of the restaurant. because they didn't take the Discover credit card and they screwed up the OpenTable reservation so I didn't get the points (I think opentable will assure me the points), we probably won't eat again soon. there are many very good hamburg restaurants in plano and dallas.

I will repeat the words that our 5-year-old enkel told the server when he held his thumb, this place is great. I'm not sure if I would use this tired word, but it was very good. we went with our daughter and one of her sons. we thought a order of the two-rings would complement the fries that came with the burger, but the 5 two-rings per order would not be enough. we were wrong. it was more than enough between the three adults and the shakes were excellent. I had a shot of bourbon in my salted caramel shake. it was great! oh yes, the burgers were excellent. in short, a burger/ries, tweeper rings and a shake was more than enough food. we stayed happy. two very small disappointments no malt. I like malt, but it made little difference. second, the restaurant canceled our opentable reservation after our arrival. that meant that I opentable e-mail to get credit. lesson learned to say the restaurant that they get an opentable reservation so that they get credit. summing four thumbs up.

Serious Management issues. We specifically went there to use our $20 gift card from Open Table. the server told us that he had been trained as a host and no one had ever told him about open table. the current hostess knew nothing about open table. not good. i suggest you remove them from the open table program. I'm a fan of the Restaurant but there seems to be a training issue.
