Whataburger - Plano

Terrible service! Ordered a burger with an extra patty and when I came home, the burger had no meat!!! It wasn't even the right kind of burger!! Friends were also cold when I got them. Drove back to fix my burger and then they let me sit behind a $65 folder that took 15 minutes to get out. When I came into the window, they took the sandwich from me and immediately gave me a new one; did not even offer me fresh pumice, which were now colder than the circle. Got home with the new burger and the meat was so cold that I could also put it in the sink to defroze, the salad was brown and the bungalow was burned. Terrible experience would give zero stars if I could. Pro Tip: Maybe rent people who can make a burger.

I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. Several people who ordered me. It was nothing special. Just a double Cheeseburger meal. Then when I finally got it. I was told to be careful because it was hot. I told her I hope. After waiting si long, I would be extremely mad if I had a cold meal.

The girl that took my order was like... what else? She didn't want to be here... Only 6 cars in front of me and I had to get around. 36 minutes wait until my car is true. The guy at the window that made my order gane ne slept in! My first and last time. I'm sorry.

The late night drive thru is extremely slow. Had the spicy chicken sandwich that was great, but wished the service was faster and more attentive. My order included a special sauce that was not provided in the bag, I informed them and was told it would be $0.40. I said I put it in my order, then she gave it to me. You always have to check if you have your stuff.

Your going to get hot food, but I hope your not in a hurry! Every time we come here it 's at least a 20-30 minute wait whether your dining in or in the druve thru. Absolutely ridiculous for fast food. Go to one of the other nearby whataburger locations
