What's Cluckin - Plano

I was really excited to try this restaurant given the positive reviews I’ve seen online. I kept my order simple with just wings and fries. After I placed my order, the cashier walked away and didn’t give me any type of receipt or order number. Waited about 20 min for my food and the food runner calls out a ticket number and looks directly at me signifying that this is my order. I took the bag and walked to my car and noticed that this was not my order and the bag had more food than what I purchased. I walked back in and informed the cashier of this and he immediately scolds at me out of frustration and takes the bag and throws it in the trash and makes me feel like as a customer, I did something wrong when in reality it was YOUR fault. You called out a ticket number and didn’t verify the order on your end before releasing the food so it was a fail on YOUR end as a business. I didn’t have to return the food back at all but the only reason why I brought it back was because one of the orders in the bag was indeed mine and I only needed the mild sauce for my chicken and I would’ve been good to go. He then tells me that I will have to wait ANOTHER 20-30 min because I would basically be in the back of food line and behind the orders that came after me. No apology for the inconvenience or anything. Only reason I gave two stars was because the food did smell good and fresh but the male cashier had a horrible attitude.

This place is literally the best!!! I wish I can give it more stars . I drove an hour to try the chicken and it gets a 100/10. Chris and Angie were so sweet to me. I ordered my mild sauce on the side and when I was eating he brought me a couple of wings with the mild sauce on top so I can get the full Chicago experience. They have great customer service and I would definitely drive an hour again to eat here!

Today was my first time visiting this place but I will definitely be back! I ordered a three piece chicken lunch portion with fries and toast and it was cooked to perfection! Great food, friendly staff, a great atmosphere all around! Five stars!

This place found on facebook. it wasn't disappointed. the food was made fresh. it was delicious. we will definitely come back.

The guy taking orders was helpful and patient with us being it was our 1st time and unsure of what we wanted. The owners were very welcoming to every costumer. I love the restaurant's atmosphere and decor.We had a 25 minute drive home, the food was still hot and all of it was really good? we will be back!
