Brooklyn Bridge Deli - Plant City

The sandwich had the potential to be quite good, but unfortunately, I found a strand of hair in it (top left-hand side).

I've been enjoying Brooklyn Bridge for years and have always loved it! When I learned there were new owners, I still wanted to eat there because I'm a big fan of their loaded potato and Cubans! However, today when I went in and ordered a loaded potato, it was completely different from what I remembered. The potato was ice cold, there was more sour cream than any other topping, and the overall quality just wasn't the same. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I will return, as it's just not what it used to be.

My mother, Grandma and I came today and loved it absolutely! When we went on, I was a bit skeptical, but it was great. The ladies worked amazingly and had customer service that makes the trip worth. We felt welcome and part of the “family”. I am vegetarian and the woman on the counter even went and checked her Cuban bread to make sure I could eat it. The cherry upstairs was the sandwiches were some of the best we had! We will be back soon!!!!

Brooklyn Bridge Deli is fantastic! The food is incredibly delicious! The bakery items are fresh, and the burgers are wonderfully juicy. My personal favorite is the club sandwich on wheat toast. It's piled high with top-quality meat, cheese, and bacon. The staff is friendly, and the food is fresh and hard to beat!

I visited this restaurant for lunch twice and tried the Reuben and the Cuban sandwich. Both were outstanding!
