Mcdonald's - Plant City

The service could definitely improve; the drink station was messy, the lobby was untidy, and the trash cans were full. I was surprised by how disorganized the management and staff seemed.

The staff was genuinely dedicated to serving everyone promptly. They had a positive attitude and were incredibly helpful, especially given the large number of customers looking for food after the hurricane. Great job, morning crew!

I stopped by after returning from the airport around 10:15 PM. I ordered a Happy Meal and an additional cheeseburger. Unfortunately, both burgers arrived lukewarm, and the fries were cold as well. I recommend either ordering something unique or opting for leftovers!

Spent $15 for some chicken nuggets a burger and large chocolate shake. Asked for some honey mustard and they wanted charge me for it. Been coming to McDonald?s my whole life and never once have been charged for honey mustard at any other location

Really enjoy when McDonald's cooks my chicken nuggets to order. I like hot food. I just wish the employees would always cook my food to order.
