Wendy's - Plant City

I thought it was quite good overall. I was pleased with both the food and the service. I ordered the Baconator, and it was really delicious. I definitely recommend trying one at Wendy's!

The food was excellent, just like always, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, I noticed that the floor was quite slippery and greasy all throughout the building. The restrooms also needed some attention. Overall, I'd definitely consider returning to this location, but I would really like to see more maintenance and care given to the premises.

While passing through Plant City, I decided to stop at Wendy's, but I experienced the slowest drive-thru service ever. Surprisingly, they weren’t even busy. I used to work at Wendy's as a teenager and took pride in my job; we would never allow poor quality food to be served to customers. Unfortunately, the food I received was cold and old—absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and had to spit it out. Thankfully, I only ordered a kids' meal, but it was still a waste of money. I wish I had gone to 7-Eleven, Circle K, or anywhere else. I’m tired of being disappointed at these places. I recommend avoiding this Wendy's.

We don't usually use the drive through but that was our option this time. We opted to take our meal home to enjoy. Our order was hot, correct and delicious. The drive through servers were quick and polite.

Employees are complete idiots . Waited in drive thru line for fifteen mins. The speaker box wasn?t working so I drove up to the window only for them to say they can?t take my order and I have to go back through the line. But if the speaker box doesn?t workand there is no one out there to take your order, how would going back through the line make sense?? If the drive thru speakerisn?t working then put a sign out or have someone out there to let people know
