Feedback gevenThe service left much to wish. The food was worse. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. I had to wait 15 minutes. For that. I didn't mind because I thought I had a fresh sandwich. To my surprise, the sandwich was cold and the chicken was like rubber. I also ordered a basket of Extrafries. They were cold and cooked. I'll never be the Plant City Store again.
The most disgusting place in the plant town. Staff are so rude. I ordered a salad and the salad was brown and rotten, chicken was not boiled and looked like frozen rubber chicken. Stay away from this place!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!
Came before work for lunch. Ordered food, waited for 20 minutes then had to go without my food. The most ridiculous ride is waiting here.
These are by far the worst Zaxbys I've ever had. No matter what time of day we go, you always have to wait a long time to get your order. This is the same for inside or drive thru. The worst service of any restaurant / fast food in plant town. 2 cars to order before me and it took 15 minutes to order for me and another 20 to get my food.
This store is getting turned around and doing starting to do better now! They apparently changed all the management there, and it seems to be improving rapidly. Great food, and a friendly environment when I went 2 days ago Keep getting better and improving food quality. I will definitely return!!
