Feedback gevenNo revenue has been made when ordering. I ordered a maple bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin because they were from both croissants and Texas toast. Someone took my food and the guy and the sandwich station gave me the order of the person who took mine (which means that I paid more to get less). I have the fact that someone took my food and he said, just take it and work again on the following orders. If any of them happened in the Dunkin where I worked, everyone on the shift would have "no questions written. The only reason I didn't argue and made my order new was because I had waited for a while and had to go somewhere. Be careful of this in the afternoons
These are the worst Duncan donuts in the world. They don't do donuts or donuts. 2 12-year-old employees behind the counter who know nothing about the donuts. Shannon should win the prize for Worst Manager of the Year. It's a real shame what gas happens to this company... so much for time to make the donuts
I ordered online they could not find my order. I ordered a drink paid for in the store they could not find that order would either not recommend if time is a problem
Usually good, but sometimes it is so crowded that they can't hold and the waiting times are untenable.
Some days they make your coffee drink right and other days it's off. Staff seems friendly but I notice that some like to wear their masks below the nose, potentially exposing customers to risk of covid. Unless they are getting tested daily they need to comply with health requirements and wear the mask properly to avoid covid spread.
