Jerk Grill Express - Plantation

The customer service was lacking. I waited in line with my two children, and nobody greeted me or acknowledged my order. They allowed random people to cut in front of me without explanation. I just wanted to be treated with respect. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

I had a fantastic experience dining at Jerk Grill Express. I savored several dishes, including the oxtail, jerk chicken, and the festivals, which were absolutely delicious! As someone from Trinidad with a deep appreciation for curry, I was impressed by their flavorful curried chicken. Overall, it was a wonderful meal!

I'm not a newbie to Jamaican oxtail because my husband is Jamaican and I've had it for years. Spent $19 for nothing but fat on my oxtail! It was gross. I didn't have enough to eat..i feel like I spent too much for nothing. Keep this up and y'all will be closed soon enough. Never coming back here again! Stay away. Use your money elsewhere

I will be disputing with my bank. Just left the mall. Bought 4 meals. We sat in the car and tried to eat it. Horrible!! The rice tasted like it was spoiled or just started spoiling. We threw all 4 meals in the trash. Waste of $42. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Lip smacking excellent food I had the coconut salmon and my husband had oxtails very delicious food and the staff were very welcoming and didn?t mind putting extra oxtail gravy. We will definitely be back.
