Carbo's Seafood - Plaquemine

We were here several times in the past and really enjoyed it, but this time was different. We were made to wait back in a sunroom with an Ac that did not even begin to cool the room. The service was missing and seemed unorganized and they were not so busy. However, I still give 4 stars because the food was great and our experiences in the past were much better.

Carbo's staff was excellent. They served 50 of us immediately and the food was great. Very cool.

It's nice that my friend will take us to this place for crustaceans, delicious and great crust fish with great service. Place is small with family atmosphere, friendly service and delicious and mouthwatering seafood. I wish in the vicinity! Will definitely be back at my next visit to Louisiana.

We had a group of 18 people, our waitress was fantastic. Most of our group ate boiled crust fish for 4.99 a lb.corn potatoes was $2.00 extra. I had hamburg steak potatoes engraving with onions, it was great. No Corona beer was my only complaint. Really enjoyed our time, the help was really nice.
