Tim Hortons - Plattsburgh

Manager is constantly disrespectful to the employees and customers. Was yelled at because I (customer) waited 35 minutes for my croissant because they lost my ticket or something. When I asked, the employees were all nice, trying to go make it. However, the manager turned and yelled at me about how she already made 2. Ok? Well no one called out the number for those?

As a student of Plattsburgh state, Tim Hortons is the worst spot on campus to grab a quick snack or drink in between classes, whether you order online or in person, you will be sitting there for 30 minutes. To add to the slow service, the food is always cold, and the workers are always yelling and fighting with each other. Nothing more frustrating than ordering your meal 20 minutes in advance just to have to leave your food there because you are late for your next class, even though you were told to order online to eliminate that factor.

The food was good, but the option of choosing different kinds of food was very limited.

I have people in mind that would be great for this job Stephanie Jeremy Gamelin Tippens she is a Very Sweet woman great with kids and people she used to work at Walmart but got Fired

Was at the Angell center at the college but did not go into tim Hortons unfortunately. I have had coffee from there before and was less than impressed. I am a Bustello girl through and through, what can I say?
