Hidden jewel! For a smaller town in Nebraska I did not expect the food to be 4 stars quality. Use the drive if you are even close to Plattsmouth.

Our first time at Fork and Hammer and we were very impressed! The Cajun Jambalaya Fettuccine was so flavorful and a huge portion that will last me sever meals. I’m very much looking forward to those left overs. The pork ribeye was hands down the best piece of pork we have had at a restaurant. It was cooked to perfect tenderness with a delicious seasoned char. Great friendly service and good cocktails too. We will soon be back to try the rest of the menu!

I ate the Cajun jambalaya Alfredo, I think that's what it was called. It was good. Not really sharp. I said I could make it less sharp if I wanted to. It was very good and big. Enough for a few other meals. They were a Bourbon bar and I saw that they produce clean smoke filled covered drinks. I guess they make smoked ice cream for one of their desserts. It is in Plattsmouth,NE 20 min from Omaha

TREATMENT Creole Cuisine, beautiful Bourbon Bar, stellar service by Monica. I mean, there's nothing negative I could say here. She was randomly found and was NOT disappointed. If you want to know how Louisiana tastes, you will find nowhere in Omaha that will compete with this place. I had to make a review. If you want Louisiana, stop the fork and hammer, or book a flight.
