Carboncitos - Playa del Carmen

We are happy to live full-time in Playa Del Carmen. Carbonsitos is one of our favorite restaurants! Food and service are impeccable. I am vegetarian and love their Quesadillas, Fajitas, Burritos and stuffed poblano pepper. They also have vegan choices, but...I love cheese and have them added cheese to my dishes. They are perfect for people who have a variety of preferences. My mother-in-law loves burgers and pommes and they have the best in town. My family also loves their Consommé of the house. It's a delicious chicken soup. The Cochinita Pibil, Steak and Shrimp are the favorites of our uncle. They have such a beautiful variety (including seafood, steaks and pasta), so there is something for everyone.

Family of 5 for dinner. Great drinks, apps and food for everyone was great. Servers were the best... screaming for Abraham!!! No one better. Home Paste at your table for Cedar a salad. Great Maya food, great menu for everyone. We'll be back on our trip! You do it right!!!

This restaurant is a delicious extensive menu, Mayan, Mexican, Steaks seafood, pasta dishes. We ate here several times, food was delicious, had Caesar salad with grilled chicken, I'll say it was best I ever had. Steak's Lobster equally delicious. We tried... Also Mayan Menu, Conchinta Pibil Rellno Negro, were absolutely incredible, a must try. Last night I decided to try Steve's Pasta with Shrimp, I don't know why I decided to try Pasta in Mx.... But it was really good. You will not be disappointed, all around good restaurant, kitchen super clean, large windows to see inside, staff great recommendations made

Im leaving this review because I was very impressed with the manager of this restaurant. My food didn’t come the way it was described and mistakes can happen. Its not common where service is prioritized or understood because its not stressed like it is in...other countries. My friends food came perfectly made and as ordered. Mine had a mistake and it was the responsibility of the restaurants error on the menu. They bent over backwards for me and redeemed themselves completely! I will forever return to this restaurant because the food is fabulous and they also had wonderful entertainment and the service was great and the management totally stepped up to the plate of priority of service. They get a 10/10 rating from me. I highly recommend this restaurant! You won’t be disappointed!

La pasamos de maravilla, el personal fue muy agradable y los que platos excelentes.Ordenamos un queso fundido con chorizo, luego de plato principal cochinita pibil y de postre un platano flameado, el cual DEBEN probar. Muy bueno todo!
