First, the shrimp were almost 100 pesos CHEAPER.. that's quite a bit. I enjoyed everything about this place, and it wasn't packed like El Pirata and I didn't have to wait. This will be my go to from now on instead.
We very much enjoyed our meal here. The food was great and the service was top notch. We would definitely recommend it.
Really good, basic and flavourful foods. We had grilled shrimp well cooked and nice size. Friendly people and good service. Casual place.
We went based on the reviews. We wish we hadnt Waited but had to get our own table and menús ten mins later, perhaps we should have taken the hint. Selected food but then told (abruptly) no shrimp. Then food arrived 3 mins after, suspiciously quickly. Order grilled fish in garlic and the rice special Fish was basic slimming world kind of fare. Rice special was inedible but somehow had shrimp in it..... Plates cleared with no comment on the untouched rice Bottle of wine was cheap but good (210 pesos) Bill came and 495. Left 500. Waiter came quickly for the first time during our visit and demanded a tip. Explained not tipping due to poor service and uneaten food. Tips are for good service and we had barely received a service at all. The waiter became loud and aggressive and told us to leave and never come again.... That was never a risk anyway. Cheap and very uncheerful.
We came here for lunch on a Friday. Had the seafood tacos and seafood soup. Both were good with lots of fresh seafood. The service was efficient. Didn't wait long for our food. We were given a basket of corn chips and hot sauce while we waited. We had a mariachi band play as we ate.
