Scandic Bistro and Wine Bar

During our visit to playa del carmen there was an evening meal with local recommendation, at scandic bistro and wine bar . what an excellent choice. we decided to eat in the romantic courtyard under the illuminated palms. the waiter was very professional and friendly and. he brought us a basket of wonderful homemade brot instantly while we looked at the mouthwater menu. we both chose the gourmet dinner. a wonderful salad with the best scallops that I have ever started with and as a main course a perfectly prepared filetminion with chocolate sauce and asparagus. what we liked most about scandic was the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that they can taste that all foods are scratched out, and each dish served as an art piece. what we liked least was that the portions were so much that we had only a place to share one of the incredible tempting desserts. unfortunately we were only in playa del carmen for this one night, but on our next trip we will make sure that we have time to try more of scandic menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We had dinner here on the recommendation of a local. for appetizers I had the roki rolls and my man had an salate. both were very fresh and delicious. we ordered both the special of the evening, filet of beef with a blue chees and balsamico. the quality of the meat was good and the sauce was excellent. I ordered my meat medium well and when it arrived, it was medium rare and had to be sent back. the personal was very friendly and personal and the restaurant has a beautiful veranda, in the palms in the center. I would recommend you try scandic.

At our visit to Playa Del Carmen we had dinner by local recommendation, at Scandic Bistro and Wine Bar .What an excellent choice. We decided to have dinner in the romantic courtyard under the illuminated palm trees. The waiter was very professional and friendly and he brought us a basket of wonderful homemade bread right away, while we were looking at the mouthwatering menu. We both decided on the Gourmet Dinner of the day. A wonderful salad with the best scallops I ever tasted to start with. And as main course a perfect prepared fillet minion with chocolate sauce and asparagus.What we liked the most about Scandic was the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that you can taste that all food is made from scratched ,and every dish served as a piece of art .What we liked the least was that the portions were so plenty that we only had room to share one of the incredible tempting desserts.Unfortunately we were only in Playa Del Carmen for that one night, but on our next trip we will make sure we have time to try out more of Scandic menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
