Feedback gevenPretty sad to see such a good place go down hill due to bad customer service, inconsistent staffing and hours and bad delivery of product and food and training. I would order from here often if it wasn’t so expensive. Also, I wish the hours were adjusted. I feel as though this is more a breakfast place than it is dinner. Your hours are listed as 9am-9pm. Kinda sucks for those that work the 9-5 shifts in my opinion. Because of this I get my bowls at Roxberry. ?
I love Everbowl… when they’re open. I just went on a Sunday, it says their hours are open and the doors are locked. I checked Google before going as well. The Orem location did the same thing before closing. The food was good but their produce and service was lacking. Sad to see them go.
I’ve never had worse acai. Granted, it didn’t taste BAD, but it also wasn’t good. For example, the acai had chunks of ice in it that I had to bite through, and the flavor was a little bland but sugary, and the toppings weren’t fresh. Wish I spent my money somewhere
The past two times I have been to this location have not been the best experience.. the customer service is terrible.. the bowls tasted good but the açaí and blue majik were completely frozen, not smooth at all, and the chia pudding was hard as a rock and in big clumps. I kept thinking I was eating granola for how hard it was…The banana’s were all rotten that were cut (meaning they weren’t cut fresh cause it was right when they opened), the girl kept peeling new ones and they were all rotten too.. so I asked if she could do strawberries instead and then she said “no cause then it will be a custom bowl not a favorites and cost more”… except now I’m being shorted a fruit cause you don’t have any fresh bananas….??I just feel like for a fresh healthier place, it is not fresh at all.. super disappointing because I love this place.
$10 smoothies with no flavor and paper straws that disintegrate after two sips. No
