Starbucks Coffee - Pleasant Grove

I love Starbucks but the one close to my house is so bad. Everytime they do not want to give you what you ordered because they are “out” or just don't want to make it. They just give you something else. I hate that this one is the closest one to my house. I'm going to try again a few more times and hope it's just 3 times bad luck and get to change my review!!

Very fast and friendly team. Kids love the cake pops. I wish the hot chocolate didn't taste like coffee, that's what coffee is for.

They’ve done a great job up until recently. They have just gotten really busy and I’ve waited 10 minutes in the drive through twice in a row, even after ordering ahead. But they always get my drink right!

Quiet atmosphere and as usual for Starbucks they let me be (warm up, etc) until i was ready to order. They had a little selection of books which is a nice touch.

I almost always use the app to order but whenever I go, the staff is so friendly and helpful!
