What an AMAZING experience to be at this known spot in Pleasant Grove. Food was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Great Service and very attentive. I am coming back here again!!!

So I just went to the Thai House in PG with some friends. They have a spice level of 1-5 with 1 being mild and 5 being super hot. I asked for my dinner with a spice level of 2 and my wife asked for a 1. Our friends asked for a 3. When I got my food I tried eating it but it was just too hot. I really tried, but my mouth was just burning. My wife’s curry was also super hot and she could only take a couple bites. It looks like they just mixed up the spice level on our food because our friends food was really mild. Probably just an honest mistake. When I told the waitress about it, she came back with “what do you want me to do, I can’t take the spice off!”. So I asked for a replacement dish and they refused. They said I ate enough that I would have to pay extra for a replacement. I understand an honest mistake, but delivering an inedible meal and then being belligerent and not making it right is not okay. Very unprofessional.
